 Ray was Rusty, and she performed "Let's Hear It for the Boy" from Footloose. Ray earned her Actors Equity Association membership. She was the character Nemo at Orlando's Disney World in Robert and Kristin López's Finding Nemo: The Musical. Ray as Olive Ostrovsky during the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee national tour. In her last season as Crissy she joined the Broadway Hair cast and sang "Frank Mills". In the short film The Sparky Chronicles: The Map, she made her debut on screen as Chris. Between 2012 and 2017, Ray played the role of CeCe Drake, the "beyond attractive, blonde stylist of twenty years old at a boutique which has one foot in the past, and one in the future" on the tv series Pretty Little Liars. Ray announced that he'd be returning to PLL and stated that, "It's so much fun to do and what a wild role I get to play." It's like a sociopath. She's 22 , however, she hangs out with students from high school. It's like, 'Hey, girl! Get a life! '" In 2013, Ray joined the Season 4 cast of the CBS police procedural drama Blue Bloods as Officer Edit "Eddie" Janko, a part she's played through the 12th season of the show.
