Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles in the way he's known for the world of pop music, is a British singing and composing. Harry Styles belongs to the band One Direction. His parents are Des Styles and Anne Cox. He was born on the 1st of February, 1994 in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school. There, with three other students, he founded his group musical, White Eskimo. They were the winners of the Battle of Bands in 2009, thanks to their outstanding performances. The musician always had an interest in music. However, he was enthused to be the next lawyer or physical therapy. For a while he worked as a part-time baker within his town and hoped to assist economically at home. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010, and performed Is not She Lovely, a Stevie Wonder song. He got selected. This is why his band split. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he join of a new band called One Direction. The other members were Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to form the band in the year 2010. During the competition the band played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart from Bonnie Tyler so the group were among the hopefuls to win the contest. The group was however placed third place behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Although Harry Styles and his group were not crowned winners, Cowell agreed to pay 2 million pounds for One Direction to sign with Syco. Syco Record label.
