Kelly Clarkson, an American actor, singer and songwriter who took home the American Idol competition in its debut season, and became America's Sweetheart. Not only was she pushed into fame by winning, but she also signed a record deal for multiple albums in the company of RCA Records 19 Recordings & S Records. Since her debut, she released numerous albums. Three of those albums made it to the top of the US Billboard 200. The other albums were also close to the top spot. She's among the top artists to have emerged from American Idol. The singer began to play around with music and themes as her success was growing. Her individuality and her singing ability earned her critical acclaim, as well as several important awards. She has also received the Grammy Award a record three times. Apart from her singing professional career, she has been involved in television and film. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby, a children's story she wrote to her daughter.
