Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in the Australian state of Victoria, is a model and actress. In Australia her name was made famous for the role Pepper Steiger that she played in the soap opera Neighbors with a total of 100 episodes between 2006-2007. Her debut project in Hollywood was a comedy based on choral singing Hollywood & Wine that she appeared in, where she played a young actress who is new to Hollywood. In the ninth season Scrubs she was Maya who was a beautiful medical student. The show was then abruptly ended. After that, she continued filming the Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot, starring the duo Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. Then she was in B-series movies and series shorts. Her 2013 was marked by increased exposure. She was a part in seven episodes on Franklin and Bash and landed her first ever regular part in Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the leading role. She also plays the character of Chad Michael Murray's rebuttal in the series' first and the second seasons. In the following seasons, she was in two movies that had an airplane setting. She plays an air hostess. Matador is a TV series which she co-created in collaboration with Gabriel Luna. The 13 episode season is all that exists of the thriller by Robert Rodriguez where the actors play CIA agents.
